It’s because, after your baby arrives, attention shifts almost entirely outward.Â
Conversations revolve around feeding schedules, sleepless nights, and hitting milestones. Even mum spaces often focus solely on the baby, or stay light when something deeper desperately wants to be expressed.
Over time, this can leave you feeling like a background character in your own life story.

That’s why I created Mamas Circle.

 Your Journey to Connection:
1. Reserve Your Place : You sign up for a small, online circle. There’s nothing to prepare and no expectation to share.
2. Step into Connection : You join from home via Google Meet. The space is gently facilitated and paced, so there’s room to settle in.
3. Take part in your own way : You’re welcome to speak, reflect quietly, or simply listen. All forms of participation are valued.

Hi, I'm Dr. Alria Williams, a Clinical Psychologist and CBT Therapist. My mission is to guide mums like you to rekindle your unique identity, re-ignite your confidence, and find a sense of connection in motherhood.Â
My goal is for you to feel completely whole and deeply connected.Â
I created this free session because I understand the heavy weight the early years can bring, and I've seen how much lighter and more joyful this journey becomes when you feel truly supported. ♡Â
